CCD

(Religious Education)

Our CCD classes take place on Sunday mornings. Classes are available for Pre-School/Kindergarten students (no children under 4) from 9:45am to 10:45am.

Classes for Special Education and First through Eighth grade take place from 9:45am to 11:00am. Some of the grades are combined due to the small size of the classes.

RCIA

(Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)

This program is developed for people who wish to become Catholic, perhaps someone who is a baptized Catholic but has not received the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation, or a Catholic who has 'walked away' from their faith and wishes to return.

This process enables all of this to occur in a comfortable way. We grow spiritually and learn more about all of the Sacraments as we journey together in faith. Our sessions take place on Thursday evenings at 7:00pm in the Religious Education Office from the beginning of October to mid- May.

The Children's Liturgy of the Word

Our children's liturgy takes place every Sunday at the 11:30am Mass for children ages three to seven. One of our instructors escorts the students to the Chapel at the beginning of the Mass and reviews the Gospel to them at their level which also includes an activity and a take home bulletin to share with their family.

FOR MORE INFORMATION ON CCD, RCIA OR CHILDREN'S LITURGY OF THE WORD PLEASE CONTACT THE DIRECTOR OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AT 412-242-2246.
